Had no problems Had a great experience. Dan in management made sure we were completely satisfied. Nothing bad to say. We got a nice vehicle for a decent price.
Excellent Experience All the staff were friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get us a good deal on our new Chevy Silverado. All dealings with our salesman Ron Koehler and the sales manager Dan Bass were enjoyable and professional. Also Eddy Tohme in finance was efficient and "no pressure". All together a positive experience.
It was a wonderful experience to be taking care of. It was my very first time that I walked to a dealership. I did not feel the pressures of someone roaming on me. Ted first saw me (as I saw him) and acknowledging my presence. As with any salesman he decided to give me space instead of pouncing on me ( which giving me time to look around). As an individual I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet always I've worked with Lakewood Chevrolet over the past few several years for a couple of vehicles that I've owned. I perform a significant amount of mechanical work myself and my experience with this dealership has been excellent. I've worked with Brad in parts and both James and Dan in service. All act in a professional, friendly manner and they have proven they are committed to ensuring the customer is happy.
Fast and easy service I drove in and was quickly looked after, Very friendly staff and was happy with the service and price, would recommend this dealership to all my friends no matter what make of vehicle they owned.
New vehicle purchase We purchased a new 2018 Silverado Z71 from Lakewood in Oct 2018. I must say that the people there made us feel very comfortable and we were very well looked after. Kudos to Dan Bass, Carmen Ye, Manita Bains and their service department. The whole deal went extremely well, the truck being exceptionally clean when we went to pick it up.
