Good Service I have had my GM vehicles service by Lakewood for over ten years, and have never been disappointed. The service contacts all have been very professional and courteous. When it comes time to replace my current GM truck I will likely to be purchasing from Lakewood knowing the service department has been very consistent in the past.
Overall Great Experience Great experience overall, with the exception of the pressured finance upsell of the insurance product that I did not want. Very friendly staff were a pleasure to do business with.

Grade A Performance All Around If you are looking for new or old Lakewood Chevrolet should be your first choice. Our car salesman Ron went above and beyond what you would expect. Excellent service!! I brought in my 2014 Chevy Cruze for an oil change and rad flush (every 5 years) because the vehicle had been in service for 5 years. I actually got the appointment wrong (2 hours late) because I had mixed up the time with the servicing time of daughter's 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Dwayne stated that he would still squeeze the Cruze in but I might have to wait an extra half hour to get it serviced.
