Good wrench inspection My 2017 Equinox was due for servicing. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Dwayne received the Equinox had it serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. He kept me informed of its progress and got me back on the road.
The Body shop My truck was in an accident in Quebec took 3 months before seeing it again . Finally my truck arrived in Edmonton in the very professional hands of Levi Bragg and Rob Wild . The job done on the truck was excellent like new again highly recommend the body shop thanks guys .

Knew the problem, gave me a estimate of cost and time. I just drove in without a appt. on a Friday and James had Lakewood check it and made a appt. for the following Monday and the issue, the cost and estimate of time. I was only there half the time they said it would take and I paid a little less then the estimate. James went out of his way to make sure my remote was working by checking it a couple of times and I had no issues so off I went. Excellant Service This is my second time using Lakewood Chevrolet for work on my 2015 Silverado , and again I was very pleased with the Service I received. The work was completed on time and Erika kept me up dated as to the recalls and other work suggested by the mechanic. Extremely professional employee - Erika I met Erika Hygard a few years ago when I bought an SUV from Lakewood Chevrolet. I was impressed by her professionalism and work ethics. I had some issues with the SUV, but whenever Erika was involved she dealt with it honestly to my full satisfaction. Until now, even if i have to go for the regular oil change I like to go when she is there because she is honest and trustable employees. Thank you, Erika, for the great service.
