Awesome Customer Service Landmark has one of the most customer-service oriented group of sales people that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They made buying a car pleasant, easy and fun! They worked with me until I could get the deal that I wanted and needed. They bent over backwards to make it work for me. Amazed..pinching myself still Landmark dodge of Athens has a staff like no other I have ever dealt with. I called at 2 pm on Saturday with a criteria to meet. I live in Temple Ga. which is a long way from Athens. I ask them if we could do most of the process over the phone so our whole day won't be wasted. They assured me it could be. Landmark aims to please At Landmark Atlanta, I was treated to an experienced, knowledgeable sales professional who made purchasing a new a relaxed, no pressure process. During several meetings with me, Michael Winfree took time to find the right vehicle to fit my needs and then went out of his way to work with my target price. He truly delivered all that I asked for without the usual haggling. I no longer dread car buying and I will gladly go back to landmark for my next vehicle!
Definitely not my best experience. I've bought a lemon! Have had it for 3 months, and been in the shop 3 times! Tow truck is getting it taken back to the shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TIRES DIDN'T HAVE A SENSOR IN THEM, OIL WASN'T CHANGED, AND NOW WON'T EVEN START! Car's only a year old! Shouldn't have all these issues. Never again 😒 Especially when it's a leased vehicle sold to the dealer!
THIS IS THE WORST RUN DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER VISITED. MY ESTIMATE FOR OIL CHANGE WAS 90 BUT WAS 140. THEY SAID A QUIRK IN THEIR SYSTEM AND ESTIMATE WAS NOT CORRECT. ED VOYLES DEALERSHIP QUOTED 89.95 I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN CAVEAT EMPTOR= BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! !!! I would not buy anything off their pre-owned lot. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 September 1st. Before we have even been able to do the first oil change, we have had to change the torque converter, radiator, thermostat, and temperature sensor. !! Warning !! - what I thought was a great transaction, has become an unpleasant and deceitful. I was travel from out of town to the dealership so I agrees to terms and then traveled to the dealership to finalize. When I arrived the vehicle was being detailed so I was advised we could sign some of the paperwork and then I could test drive and inspect the vehicle .
