I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. Over a month ago, I took my car to the dealership for its 36,000-mile service. At that time I believed that everything was being addressed as needed, however, I was later shocked to find out that none of the fluids were topped off. When I inquired about this at a later date, I was notified that this is an additional charge, but no one ever told me this and I was never given the option to request this service. I purchased my car on 6/26/25 from Landmark Dodge in Chamblee GA. I did not get my plates till 8/11/25, after waiting for 1.5 hours at my county's tax office. I also learned they overpriced my taxes by $696.03! I will update this review and let everyone know if the dealer sends me a check as the tax office told me they would send the check to them. Also, this dealer ripped a very desirable badge off the back of my car and put their dealer badge in it's place!

Went to get an oil change and cost me $260. 100 for labor and 160 for oil and filter.. had my oil changed previously at a different dealership and it was only $62 total. Go here if you wanna be ripped off.

Awful experience - similar to other reviews here (which I should have read), I bought a truck from this dealership and have had it for 7.5 months, almost 2 of which have been in service. Not only have I had repeated issues with my car, the lack of clarity in service and clear bull-rush sales tactics to try and get customers to buy cars is insurmountable. They had my vehicle in service for a month (Dropped off Dec 20). I've been calling, emailing and texting for updates. I was told they never reached out and gave an estimate because I had warranty coverage. I asked if they called the warranty people at any point and they said no. I think reasonable to ask you to call and update people. At no point was I given a $700 estimate until yesterday. I've spent nearly $1,000 in rentals over the past month. Purchased a brand new 3500 truck, the truck broke down in the first 1500 miles and left me stranded 700 miles from home. Truck was repaired by a Ram dealer in PA only to break down with the same issue at 5400 miles, truck was dropped off on the 13th of August and as of today, Sep 18th, truck has not been touched by their service department. What a joke!! Try calling them, or Ram customer service for that matter... no answer

Think you partnered with a trusted business? Think again… wait months for service, overpay for parts, and get get no accommodations as a habitual customer. 2017 Jeep with 70k miles, perfect service record with all work completed by landmark service techs… blown cylinder. Wouldn’t match carvanas offer to help get me a new Jeep. Looking forward to joining the ford family. Landmark is the typical slimey dealership.

The service team lost my keys, and that's not it! Disappointing customer service and lack of warranty knowledge. I almost paid for the repairs and tires because of it. I had to call Mopar and Chrysler to verify my coverage. Apparently, I did not qualify for a rental car because I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership. I've made multiple calls to the dealership, provided them with contact warranty information from Mopar, and filed a claim with Chrysler to get the parts expedited.
