Worst experience of my life. I bought a brand new car from this dealership. I pre-ordered this car, waited 3 months to get it, and as I was about to drive it off the lot was handed a rag and was told the car was initially washed with the roof open and so there is water pouring out the passenger side corner and the leak should subside when the water finishes leaking. I brought the car home, thought I got all the water out, it rained a few days later and the leak got 10 times worse with white paint from my brand new car coming... read more
Terrible service department!!! Took my 2019 Jeep in for a rattle in the sunroof. Left it there on a Friday and it didn’t get looked at until the following Thursday. I called several times and left messages and sent texts. my service advisor never returned my calls!!! She finally called me on Thursday and told me they were looking at my car. Get a text over a week later saying car is ready. Go to pick it up and they want to charge me $600 for work that should be covered under my warranty. Car is worse than before!!! The worst service I have ever received! They took five days to even look at my Jeep. Latasha never returned a call. Every time I ask for the service manager, he was in a meeting. When I had a fit, the service manager called me back and said he was a technician who had been promoted, and he had to let his team learn! Really?! Not on my car, thank you. Agree with others: terrible service. My service advisor ghosted me - no call back as promised and i called and left messages several times and sent her text messages. The advisor was never available when I called. This was on a Friday and I couldn't get anyone to tell me if my vehicle was ready or not. I finally just drove out there and found the advisor was gone for the day by then. Fortunately, they had my paperwork at the cashier counter and I was able to get my keys and find my vehicle and go. Worst most incompetent service department in Atlanta. From scheduling to service it was a horrible experience. Not to mention once I went for the service, they didn't even have the parts for the service.
Horrible service department. Car has been there almost 3 months waiting on prepaid parts. Service never answers the phone and if u leave a message they never call back. They should be reported to FCA corporate. worst dealership ever in 40 years of owning cars.
Horrible Service!!!!No communication, just empty promises. Never call back but promise to do that time after time. The Service Writer does not know anything about any vehicle, just winging it until the customer gets fed up with the useless conversation. Really bad!!! I will NEVER contact this dealership for ANY need!!!
Can’t fix air conditioning problems on brand new vehicles (still blowing hot air despite being told the problem was “fixed” 3 days prior. Arrogant people who work in service department and an inept manager who refuses to hold his employees accountable and give proper feedback to customers on the status of their brand new vehicles.
