They broke my air conditioner Stay far far away from these low lifes. They took my nearly brand new car in for service at 7am to look at my air conditioner which was working almost perfectly. When they returned my car to me at 7pm, 12 full hours later, they had effectively broken my air conditioning, making it make loud sounds and blow only hot air, and not fixing the issue for which I had brought it in. Terrible Customer Service. The GM is very rude, impatient and talks with no idea about what was discussed sales associate. GM was slinging mud on other dealerships.

The general Manager comes out making false accusations without having the hint of what the discussion was about. Never bothers to apologize for his misunderstanding. That’s not done by General Managers. That’s done by People who are Generally M** at something. This was a complete waste of my time and ugly.

Much worse than what I expected. A line of 10-12 customers were waiting while only two people were behind the reception desks. The third one was “taking phone calls” only and didn’t help a bit. I had an appointment but it still took them 50 minutes to get me in. No amenities around, we just stood patiently in line.

Bad Experience To Whom it may concern, I purchased this 2016 Audi A4 from the Landmark Atlanta dealership. My experience was not the best. This vehicle was purchased around the second week of July we are still in the process of finishing this deal NOW!
