Worst customer service I have ever had with a business. I recently moved out of an Avenue 5 apartment complex, they were charging me an astronomical price when I never had a pet and most of the apartment has wood flooring. I had to keep asking my assigned agent to send me a clear ledger of what Im being charged for and I found out that the utilities company was double charging me for two clear months. I worked there. First thing I noticed was how neglected the residents are. Management has no idea how to run a property, except for into the ground. Their idea of managing people is to give them no tools to do their job appropriately and then hold them accountable after 1 month for how they have been in the hole for 6 months prior. Multiple human rights violations and HR does not take action. Mafia mentality. Find your scapegoat or become one. I couldn't quit soon enough, I didn't even finish my 2 week notice.

Our pipes are frozen this happens every year no preventative measures are ever taken and this time we haven't been able to bathe for four days and counting

This company is TERRIBLE when it comes to paying a person back thier deposit! I moved out if my apartment on June 1st of 2023..and I never received my $500 deposit back! I left messages and voice mail and I kept getting ignored! Then they had the sick nerve to demand a $150 ,move out fee from me after I had already moved out. They never discussed this with me at all from the beginning! These people are crooks and are very unprofessional!!!

Ive been putting in work orders for the same thing for 8 months and they have not came to fix anything. My heater has been out for the last couple of months and I have small children. They refuse to come fix the issue. The very same thing happened in the summer with the air. They did not fix it until the city made them correct it after they were on the news. The grounds are always filthy!

Terrible, terrible management company. The staff they hire dont do anything. They have limited maintenance and nothing is kept up. STAY CLEAR OF ANYTHING THEY MANAGE!! They manage The ******************** and its terrible! *** reached out to them to let them know my concerns, both routine maintenance and safety concernsno response. When the building falls down the side of the hill, maybe theyll do somethingdoubt it though.

This company took over a property in ******, ** called ********************. The management they brought in was irresponsible, scummy, and rude. When I moved out, after giving my notice, paperwork filled in, checked out everything smoothly, I got a call from their collections saying I owed another months rent. They claimed I didnt put in a notice that I was leaving at the end of my rental agreement. Even though I had signed everything they needed and was told I was good to go. I've lived here going on 8yrs....and they have power washed my nasty stairwells no more than 3 times. The property is SOOOOOO dark good luck trying to navigate walking a mile from your car to your building with your children hoping no one jumps out of the bushes in pitch black darkness while trying to make it to your apartment because the management company "6 Star" aka "1 Star" cannot afford for maintenance to purchase lightbulbs throughout the garages for the safety of their residents.
