Run as fast and far as you can , don't apply if you're denied you won't get your $ as fast as they take it , be prepared for a fight to get it back , ******************* denied my app then kicked me you to the curb, they won't work with you or return your calls. They advertise as a low income property so why the $300 when applying ,it's low income. I wasn't told up front it would take 30 days to get that back , I applied Nov16 , I'm still waiting . I cant believe what I am going through with Avenue 5. They will harass you and if you go to court they will lie to a judge under oath. Dont rent here. Im seeking council at this point. I cant deal with stupid. They will harass you to the point of showing up at your residence , knocking and ringing the door bell out of control. If you live here or are considering moving here. Dont. If I could give zero stars, I would. They manage ********************** in **************, **. The management of the apartments is constantly changing. They denied responsibility for harm caused by exposure to MOLD in not one but two different apartments I occupied during my 14 months there. Not good place to live. They focus on reviews but not quality. Overpriced, not safe.
I had an experience full of harassing and discrimination from the Satori Olathe Apartments Property manager Braylin and management. My wife is a disabled stroke patient, I had major noise issues, Braylin harassed me and my wife for that rather than helping us. They deliberately put us in a scary, vulnerable position with their behavior. If I could rate this property management company a 0 I most definitely would. Ive had sewage and mold issues that are hazardous to our health and yet Ive been given the run around and have not been able to get this addressed with anyone higher than a property manager (who isnt helpful) or customer service.
Very unprofessional, would not listen to my concerns over my brother. Tried to kick him out in a taxi cab. And told him to pack his own things. Then the cab leaves him there. This facility Allowed him to make decisions even though he has had 3 strokes, was on life support, and deemed incompetent. They hv no plan of care set in place for him, and yet they want him to leave. He is delusional, and has no home but yet they call a cab. Unbelievable how this place is ran.
