My experience with the leasing personal at *************************** in *******, ** and the ***************** office has been horrible. Nothing about it or anyone I reached out to, has taken out the time to care enough to do their job duties and resolve my matter. I moved out 6/13/23 with a $0.00 balance. We had a credit card from Capitol one back in 2019. We let the card go and accrued charges on the card. It was charged off and closed. It went into *********** one dispute center for payment we was given a settlement amount and paid the first two amounts. When it can to us paying the last amount they claimed they wanted the whole amount and the settlement amount was now voided. As a new resident I would expect everything to be professional there, and I feel that ****** is the only one willing to actually help and solve any issue. I tried to pay me rent on time via the Zinc online portal. Due to my work schedule I work during lease office building business hours and cannot not conduct business unless I call in late. Avenue5 did not return my security deposit or send me any information accounting for it within the 30 day deadline. I had to file a claim with small claims court and have them served before they would pay me, but I was able to get twice the amount of the security deposit back. I strongly recommend that anyone who can't get the deposit back try this. This is a s*** company! My car got broken into while living at ******* at Crown Pointe in Corona (owned by Avenue 5) and they did nothing to prevent it from happening! While they are not liable for my damages, they are liable for the security gates that werent operable for 2 months! They said, oh we are waiting on parts. Didnt increase security or have any security in place to help with safety. My total that I owed after move-out was $28. I was a resident of this property for 9 months. I put down a security deposit and after my lease ended I have yet to receive a check. I received correspondence from the property notifying me that I would be receiving a refund, and I have also been to the property several times being told that I should be receiving a check in the mail. It is now almost 3 months since my lease has expired.

This Place is Horrible its affordable but this apartment complex always closing early charging ************************************************************************************ a request for maintenance and they never came and fixed my toilet they **** it off as done and nothing was done roaches everywhere in this apartment they dont do nothing in the office and they barely there resident going a couple days with out heat homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, hallways and squatters are always trying to break in to ap... read more

I have been living in SEWER WATER for 4 days now March1,2024 and the problem continues because I can Not get in touch with anyone. I am going through every avenue I can to get a response. In my opinion, the people that work for this company get you in a contract and receive your money but then pretend you don't exist when a problem occurs like SEWER WATER COMING FROM TOILET! HEALTH HAZARD!

************ Alert!! Over $2,000 in credit card fraud was committed thorough this firm and they refuse to cooperate in investigation. Refused to return calls and respond to emails. Refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or accounting department. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.
