This company took over our building in May and nothing but trouble. Rude office staff, passive aggressive notes to residents, and unable to get ahold of anyone via email or calling.
The staff are having vehicles towed that are registered. This place is ridiculous and doesnt care about the concern of residents. Trash all out on the street and they dont enforce it. They also allow people to park over the fire lane but want to tow people that are actually registered.

They promised to repay me back the funds I paid for a service they could not provide. They said they sent me a check and it was cashed out and I never cashed out a check and they arent helping in giving me my money back.
AVOID ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT IS MANAGED BY AVENUE 5. They do not care about tenant safety and are only in the business for money. They will charge you fees that are not on the table when discussing fees. They are dishonest and will bring in ANY kind of person as long as they get that money! DO NOT RENT FROM CANYON VIEW APARTMENTS IN OREM UT

**Avoid Casa Lago Apartments at All Costs!** I am extremely disappointed with Casa Lago Apartments in Eastlake. While being denied an apartment wasn't an issue, their refusal to return our deposit is outrageous. It's been nearly three months, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, we still haven't seen a dime. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They won’t give you your deposit back cleaned our apartment and never received our $300 back
Moved out back in 2020 and just found out the move out fees and damages that I fully paid, have been sitting in collections for 4 years. Sent in my receipt to have this fixed and they hung up on me and wont answer my calls anymore. 4 years they let a fully paid account stay open and said there was no payment made on the account. Dont rent from this company, this isnt my only issue with them but it is the biggest at this moment. Hey Avenue5, fix the account!
