I was a resident with domain 3201 for two years during this time turnover was high as far as management and leasing staff so you arent able to build/maintain a relationship with them. They allow crashed/non-running vehicles to be parked in the limited available free parking spots. Also dog p*** was everywhere and it reeks of urine. SAFETY PROBLEM, TOXIC ENVIROMENT, BAD CLIMATE CONTROL, ILLIGAL CHARGES We faced several persistent problems, which weren't fixed. Moreover, under the new management the problems made our life so unsafe for our health that we had to break the lease and quit the premises. I'm certain that the manager's office is working with the tow company and sharing profits made from the ****. My car was towed...to the tune of $600. eLoft had my phone number, email address and mail address, and couldn't be bothered to notify me. My car was parked three floors down and the garage requires a key card for entry/exit. Neither acted alone. The fact that I didn't know my car was towed until I received notice that the tow company had a lien on my car is disgusting.

I'll summarize our disappointing, frustrating, and generally disgusting experience(s): Lease date 11/1/24 - 1/3/25. On the ****** website, KOTA **** offers a 10% discount off ****** rates, so dealt directly with KOTA (shady, but 10% of a large # is a large savings). (1) On arrival, carpet was absolutely disgusting (dark stains and black spots in every room) - two days after occupying unit we rented a commercial carpet cleaner and spent ~$100 of our money cleaning carpet & making it tolerable. Thieves and scam artist. The manager uses false administration practices to take your 50 app fee and hope you forget they also stole 150 administration fees. It's been 90 days the corporate accounting has not returned my money after a vicious circle of emails phone calls they even created a fake invoice early move out never moved in. The corporate office is aware of the ***** apartments 7878 ****** D love business practices

Do not move into any property managed by this company. The aesthetics may be visually pleasing but are of very poor quality. The onsite manager of the property (I have been involved with) is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and unpleasant. He is definitely working in a position beyond his skill set. A "luxury" building should be managed by someone that they themself exudes luxury.

I had roaches in my apartment from the very first day my lease started. The property manager showed very little effort to get a resolution, despite the fact that I was paying for a problem that I didnt create. (Still unresolved by the way)Tried to call avenue5 to let them know, but they have never answered one of my calls. Its almost as if their lines are intentionally not supported, so they can ignore all the additional complaints. With the combination of everyone elses complaints, I dont know how they are still in business... read more
