Coming from another bank, LM is behind the times regarding layout of website and color. Also, my messages are full of discounts to buy stuff. If it were not for 3.25% rate on my savings account, I would not use LM.
You can only external transfers into you account on a computer. That fact that I can’t even pay my loan from a different bank in the first place is ridiculous as well!!
Far too many times the app is down for maintenance or unable to display account info. Not comforting when this is the organization handling your money and livelihood.
It sometimes takes 7-10 days for large payments (that say they went through on other end - rent, credit payments, etc) to show up on my account and show the correct balance/available balance. It’s frustrating worrying about overdrawing my account and keeping track for myself of my balance when I should have that information available in app at my fingertips as updated as the other accounts who say they’ve received my payment.
I want to be able to do external transfers within the app. I have to login to my browser to do this, I really want the ability to do it within the app.
Would not recommend. When in need of extra money, transfers from your savings to your checking don’t go through. Very frustrating.
Recently Landmark has partnered with a service with a different/updated interface for their credit cards and it has caused nothing but headaches for me on their main website. The impact on the app is that when I pay I credit card through the app it never stops telling me that I have a balance due, even though I paid everything off. The stress of not actually knowing how much you owe on a bill and whether or not it’s all paid off costs the app 2 stars.
This app used to work great but now, for the last few weeks, it crashes on the first try every single day. It doesn't make sense and it's very frustrating. Please fix this.
