I wish I could do negative stars. But anyways, I think it’s a great app because it’s easy to use and understand. My favorite thing about it is that it tells you how much you have and also tells you how much you will have with a pending transaction. Well, that happened with me where it took out a pending amount and told me how much I would have left after it was approved. Unfortunately you are not able to use the app to transfer into another landmark membership account or external accounts. Or even have other landmark accounts you are under, where you can transfer into those. They need an upgrade, other credit unions can and landmark can not.
Forgot my access code. Attempted to reset and was asked for numerous forms of verification. One of them being my old access code. I wouldn’t be trying to reset it if I knew it! The app is now unusable for me. Time to get a new bank!
Now you cannot add notes for transfers. This makes things difficult
I have it setup to where I would be notified of account balances, deposits, etc. Notifications are not instantaneous, it takes hours before getting any notification. I hate having to keep checking the app for my balances continuously. Needs more work!
No need to change your accounts. So many credit unions work together
This is app needs work. It takes a long time to even load. Then when you want to see the detail, it continally gives you an application error. Much faster just to login to your account on a computer.
For years I have had no problem with this app. Now all of a sudden I’m having trouble pulling up my account. After signing in it almost always says “sorry this service is unavailable right now” at times I have to try 10-15 then it will finally work. This is beginning to get real frustrating considering this is my main way to manage my account because I am always on the go. So frustrated....please fix it!
App worked fine until most recent update. Now mobile check deposit cannot read the back of the check. It is basically a useless app now.
