When are you going to add credit card payments?
This app is terrible it doesn’t even work for me. It treats my phone as a computer and won’t let me deposit or manage anything.
It crashes it seems every couple weeks. Again, it and the mobile website are not working again this morning.
I tried to transfer money from checking to savings and it keeps popping up with an error message! Fix this please!
I can't see my credit card report unless in my desktop computer which is I can't have access all the time. Since I depend most of the time on my phone.
When you spend any amount of money in your checking account, your current and available stay the same. Then you click on your checking account and it doesn't say pending or even show you just made a purchase. This is not good.
Couple months ago, you could drag and drop accounts into slots to make transfers. Now they use the ancient rolling cylinder method. Very small selection region to choose from. Definitely a step backwards. Would have received 5 stars for the older version. I wish I could regress.
App doesn't work on my iPhone. Gives me an "unable to log in" message each time. Also I don't like the security verification having to text the code. Inconvenient compared to similar apps
seriously the worst banking and mobile banking experience ive ever had. I regret using them for my car loan. Making payments with them is a nightmare.
