Recently Landmark has partnered with a service with a different/updated interface for their credit cards and it has caused nothing but headaches for me on their main website. The impact on the app is that when I pay I credit card through the app it never stops telling me that I have a balance due, even though I paid everything off. The stress of not actually knowing how much you owe on a bill and whether or not it’s all paid off costs the app 2 stars.
This app used to work great but now, for the last few weeks, it crashes on the first try every single day. It doesn't make sense and it's very frustrating. Please fix this.
When are you going to add credit card payments?
This app is terrible it doesn’t even work for me. It treats my phone as a computer and won’t let me deposit or manage anything.
It crashes it seems every couple weeks. Again, it and the mobile website are not working again this morning.
I tried to transfer money from checking to savings and it keeps popping up with an error message! Fix this please!
I can't see my credit card report unless in my desktop computer which is I can't have access all the time. Since I depend most of the time on my phone.
When you spend any amount of money in your checking account, your current and available stay the same. Then you click on your checking account and it doesn't say pending or even show you just made a purchase. This is not good.
Couple months ago, you could drag and drop accounts into slots to make transfers. Now they use the ancient rolling cylinder method. Very small selection region to choose from. Definitely a step backwards. Would have received 5 stars for the older version. I wish I could regress.
