Get directionsThe facility is safe, clean, and highly functional. The staff is extremely friendly. They never, ever pass you in the hall without greeting you. They knew my aunt's name within a week! This includes the custodial staff. Unbelievable! The activities are great-every day, all day long-including scheduled live entertainment guests and jewelry vendor days. My aunt loves it! I must admit, as a guest, I also enjoy happy hour and snacks. The scheduled Town Hall meetings really help my aunt feel heard and that she belongs to the Land... read more
Staff are very helpful. Activities are very well programmed. Food is fine. Could be better.
The facility is clean, the meals are very good, there are numerous activities for residents. The best thing is how residents welcome new residents. The majority of residents are very open and friendly. You can always find a friendly person to talk to
There will always be better places with a higher rent. For the price, it is good. It appears to have a lot of turnover in staff and residents. Yes, we would recommend Landon Ridge to other families for those on limited funds...
They love the food and how friendly the staff are. The staff is very friendly with our family as well when we come to visit. They do have a [fee removed] charge for any to go order. I think that if they are not delivering it to your room and someone is ordering and bringing it to u there should not be a charge. They said the charge is for the to go container. That seems outrageous pricing as some people can not make it to the dining room. However, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
Thanks to A place for Mom for providing a roof over my head…..a heart broken… grief shaken mother … who lost her 32 years old daughter. I love my apartment and other residents. Everybody is very helpful and friendly. Food is awesome. Housekeeping and activities are also very good.
We reside in the independent villas which are far nicer than the main building. The facility director is in over her head. Operating without maintenance director now for six months (so maintenance isn't being done). Chef replaced due to health event. New chef trying hard but not 50% capable of prior chef. We are considering moving if things go further south! Location is close to shopping and health care. If management could get its act together it would be great!
I am enjoying my move to Landon Ridge. Everyone is so friendly and I have made many friends. The activities are keeping me busy and I am looking forward to expanding into more. The food prepared by our Chef is wonderful and it is such a relief not to cook for myself. A place for Mom helped me make the decision to make my move to Landon Ridge and I owe them a big thanks. I highly recommend anyone wanting to make a change to a Senior Living facility to talk to them first. Sandra Robbins
Make sure they understand that Landon Ridge Senior Living is independent from the assisted living and the memory care. As far as your health goes there is not much help for those in need of it. For example, if you need individual help you will not get it unless you bring in help from the outside. As a resident I have to pay extra if I need help decorating, picture hanging, extra if I want my meal delivered to my apt. If you need your carpet shampood, extra. A lot of this is not explained up front. There are residents who sho... read more
