This community has a lot of land to work with. It felt very suburb or county living vs city life. They gave us great info also.

The residents that live there are very nice and enjoy getting together with each other. The staff are not able to keep a shift, lots of staff turnover. When they have a chef the meals are great, when they don't have a chef, the meals are just fair and then they are unable to specialize the meal. When you go in to tour the community, they tell you what's included and often times that changes. We chose this community because it is newer, it is clean, and it is close to my house.

I have nothing but great things to say about Landon Ridge Independent Living Sugar Land. From the minute I moved in a year ago, I was welcomed, befriended by just about everyone and felt at home from the start. The staff are not only easy to work with but go out of their way to try to get your needs met. It doesn't change either. My Mom has lived at Landon Ridge (previously Watercrest). for 4 years. She made friends from the beginning. But the new owners have greatly improved the meals and the maid service. And we’ve always gotten great responses to any service requests we’ve made. This has become my Mom’s home and we are grateful for the care and attention she receives from the staff. My mother has lived at Landon Ridge for about 4 years, since shortly after it opened. She was in a regular apartment complex before and was very isolated. Unless a daughter came over, she was alone and had no where to go. Everything changed for her at Landon Ridge. She's not a card player, but she goes to movies, attends lectures, Town Hall meetings, and still goes out with one or more daughters. We toured this facility and found it very suitable for what we are looking for. At present there is no vacancy in the Villas. It is a very clean, nice area but we have decided to take the one in Pearland for several reasons, availability being the main one. Also it is closer to our daughters and to our present neighborhood. Thank you for finding this for us and I’d give your locating service an A+.

My Mom has lived at Landon Ridge for about 4 years and it has been wonderful. Though she is able to care for herself, she appreciates the quick response whenever she needs something. She has met many lovely people and is able to socialize as much or as little as she wants. Though we see her often, the family is comforted knowing she is surrounded by caring people.

We like this community. Very good location, close to Sugar Land square, stores and other places. We looked at two rooms apartments. They are of good size, light, have balconies. Indoor swimming pool.
