My mother has lived at Landon Ridge for about 4 years, since shortly after it opened. She was in a regular apartment complex before and was very isolated. Unless a daughter came over, she was alone and had no where to go. Everything changed for her at Landon Ridge. She's not a card player, but she goes to movies, attends lectures, Town Hall meetings, and still goes out with one or more daughters. We toured this facility and found it very suitable for what we are looking for. At present there is no vacancy in the Villas. It is a very clean, nice area but we have decided to take the one in Pearland for several reasons, availability being the main one. Also it is closer to our daughters and to our present neighborhood. Thank you for finding this for us and I’d give your locating service an A+.
My Mom has lived at Landon Ridge for about 4 years and it has been wonderful. Though she is able to care for herself, she appreciates the quick response whenever she needs something. She has met many lovely people and is able to socialize as much or as little as she wants. Though we see her often, the family is comforted knowing she is surrounded by caring people.
Great facility we hope to make it home if we can find an appropriate designated smoking area.
We like this community. Very good location, close to Sugar Land square, stores and other places. We looked at two rooms apartments. They are of good size, light, have balconies. Indoor swimming pool.
The employees were4 very cheerful and the tenants looked happy. There are a lot of activities available. The facility parking is open, though. I lkie that the lease is month to month.
Very nice. The Blanco is 200 or so sq ft larger than the Brazos. I looked at the Brazos, and it seemed very small. Kitchen and bathroom spacious tho. One thing that stands out , and this is my usual observation of independent living... it’s a long way sometimes from the apartments to the activities, dining, etc.! Quite a distance for elderly who don’t have ?? scooters. Hallways seem endless.
Fairly new facility, very modern. mid price range. Interior access to all amenities and dining. Rooms have washer/dryer hook ups - must bring own washer & dryer.
When I walked in here it automatically felt like home. Everyone we met was wonderful. The staff, the chefs, everyone was very chatty and felt comfortable. I could not ask for anyone better to help my parents. My parents have even said they haven’t met any strangers yet. The staff made the transition so easy for us.
