Never Never choose this place especially if you are student or you are working in Purdue university. Apartments are very old and you should call them SEVERAL times to come and fix the problem in your apartment. AND finally when you are going to move out you should pay lots of money. In my case, they charge me 550 dollars for full painting of apartment and full cleaning while my apartment was very clean and I never even use one of my bedrooms (i HAD two bed rooms).

The office people are wonderful. My apartment is wonderful but really is a bit bigger than I need. It also may be more expensive that I need. Oh well. EDITED: I am going to have to edit my review to a negative one. I now would not recommend this place to anyone who has to work to pay the bills. Whereas most apartment complexes include water, sewer and garbage collection in the rent this place does not even though the rent is very expensive. They push to have you set up recurring payments online instead of paying with a check... read more

This place is a dump and as been nothing but hell. The walls are think, and the the people running it couldn't care less. I've had countless complaints and all they can say is nothing . Even if this is your last choice, go somewhere else

Signed lease, gave security deposit, due to work relocation. Got to complex, apartment was not ready, no electricity to unit, at all. Was advised that Duke does not work on Sunday's and could do nothing about it. The leasing agent dropped the ball, and no manager on cal to rectify the issue.
