RecommendedI visited recently with my friend Kate Martin, and if I was at Purdue Launch would be perfect for me because I have a big dog and the dog parks are so convenient!! The staff is super friendly and I loved the clubhouse!

RecommendedI visited Launch Apartments over the weekend and thought it was amazing. Kate was able to show me around and she was so friendly and was able to show me specific areas of the community that I would enjoy based on my own interests and hobbies. The dog parks are spacious and they conveniently put garbage cans all around the complex to help make it super convenient for pet owners. I love how pet friendly they are. It’s not just an apartment it’s a whole community and I’d really love to live there!

RecommendedI love living at Launch! It’s close enough to campus to walk and is the best “bang for your buck” compared to other apartments I looked at. The leasing office staff is extremely helpful, in particular Kate, who has been a tremendous help on numerous occasions!

RecommendedI definitely recommend living at Launch! They are very pet friendly and very affordable, unlike other apartment complexes in the area. The amenities are always very clean and maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. The entire staff is also very friendly makes you feel at home :)

RecommendedLiving at Launch has been great! The community here has been very welcoming and friendly. The events that they host are great as well. Kristi, one of the community assistants, is very good at answering questions and helping get any issues resolved quickly.

AVOID IF YOU CAN! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Instead of mailing me the last sewage/trash bill they sold it to a debt collection company. I only learned about it 6 months later when my credit score crashed just before I was buying a house. They even refused to apologize!!!

Their maintenance and repair service is terrible. Their car towing policy for family members dropping off stuff for their kids is beyond unreasonable, ridiculous. Our kids have been living at this place for eight years while attending Purdue. And it is about to be over. Unreasonable and irrational explanations for having car towed. Bathroom mirrors fall off the walls and smash the sink and make a mess because the quality of work and product is do poor.
