I absolutely DO NOT recommend Launch. My boyfriend and I have had nothing but problems ever since we moved in in July. We went 3 weeks without AC and our apartment stayed at 80 degrees or higher that entire time. They have attempted to fix the AC 3 times and it still leaks so much that our floor is completely soaked. We left one day to run errands and maintenance came into our place and just turned the AC off and left. We came back to our place being 82 degrees and our poor dog was panting like crazy. As discussed with your roommate, the AC system in your apartment does need to be replaced, though our team did try their best to repair it before this. Unfortunately, with the unique dimensions and unit needed, we needed to place a special order for a replacement AC unit. RecommendedMy boyfriend lives here and loves it! We love that it’s close to the dog parks and has many pet friendly policies. The staff are always friendly too. He had an issue with his key and Kristi took care of it immediately for him. Great place to live!

RecommendedI’m transferring to Purdue next semester and need a place to live. I was able to get a tour of Launch from Kristi and loved the place. The amenities were all nice and clean. The apartments are also very spacious. I definitely look forward to living here.

She showed me how friendly everyone at Launch is and what a great community they have! The facilities are clean and they are very accommodating for pets. The dog park has plenty of room and is set up perfectly for the convenience of dog owners! I would love to live there next year.

RecommendedThese apartments have a lot to offer students. The activities, the proximity to Purdue and a dog park. The young lady, Kate, was a big help. She took us on a tour and was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

RecommendedBeautiful place!! I absolutely love the apartments being so close to the river and having tennis courts and parks close enough to walk to! Theyre also pet friendly and my dog even has his own little parks to run through so we dont disturb any neighbors! Its super close to the campus (about 5 mins). They even have their own gym and pool! If anybody is looking to stay here during your semester, talk to Kate Martin!! She helped explain everything perfectly and delivered excellent service all around!
