This place has been nothing but a TERRIBLE headache to deal with. Everyone’s been super friendly face-to-face but other than that this complex is sketchy. From having “seasonal” flea invasions to the fucking packaging room building being closed 24/7 for no apparent reason, this complex is horrible. -5/5 stars. Period.
Rent keeps increasing every year! :( My peers don't have to worry about that!

The living situation is fine and that apartments were nothing special but they got the job done. However, whenever you plan to move out you'll be charged $818 for them to replace the carpet among other things. I can't even remember a time I spilled a drink on that carpet, yet they charge me to update their apartment. You might as well trash the place too because we cleaned ours thoroughly before we left and we're still charged a $250 cleaning fee. The maintenance team is very responsive, professional and kind, it’s great to have them on site, out of respect for them and the people in the office who are not to blame I have given 2 stars. We’ve lived here for 2 years now, and when things are going well it’s a fine place to live. The problem is their response when things went very wrong. What is the reason for having office hours if you are following them?! Needed a very important package that was delivered, showed up at 530p (hours say open till 600p). Staff sitting in the back office on their phones refusing to get resident packages. Three people showed up trying to figure it out with nothing posted on the door or email sent out to tenants! Terrible customer service

We had to pay the full rent amount for August but daughter can not move in till 8/15. She is a equipment manager for the Purdue football team and has been staying in Cary Quad for the summer training but has to be out by 8/12 for new freshmen move in. She needs to still be on campus for football so she ask if she could move in on the 12th and was told no!! What a rip off. We have already paid for the full month of August but still cant move in .

Attention to those who are considering moving into Launch or have already signed a lease: Notice that your lease requires that you pay 12 full months of rent regardless of your move in date. THEY DO NOT PRORATE YOUR RENT IF THEY REQUIRE YOU TO MOVE IN MID MONTH! For example: I signed a lease with them and was told that I could not move in until Aug 15th, which is fine. But I am just now being notified that because my lease states that I am obligated to pay 12 months of rent, they will not prorate my rent for the month of Aug... read more
