I've been living in the same apartment for about 3 years now and really enjoy all the space I have in a 1 bedroom apartment. I love that the new management kept the pet friendly rules from when it was Williamsburg because most apartments around campus you're not allowed a pet. Not far from campus at all and the bus is very convenient. I've had my hot water break a couple times since living here but maintenence was always there within a couple hours of filing a request to fix it.
