I was a little disappointed this time around. We are frequent diners @ La Bonne Vie for special occasions. We recently were informed that the menu had changed & some of our favorites were removed... Such as Salmon & Lobster Mac & Cheese. This was disappointing as those were two of our biggest reasons for going there. Also the ambience has changed quite a bit. It doesn't feel classy anymore. People were wearing jeans & it just felt cheaper. The service was extremely slow. And generally we expect a slower pace due to quality..... read more

The food was excellent, but the service was very slow. When our food was delivered to our table, we asked for a refill of our drinks and another basket of bread. We did not receive our drinks until we were done eating our meal, and were asked if we still wanted the bread when we were paying our bill. The prices and food would be enough to bring us back, but the service needs to be improved to make it a frequent place to visit.

We were hesitant to go to LBV for Valentines Day because they changed the name and menu again. ( we were fans of the last one ). We had a good time. The food was good. We will go back.

Food was Good. There on a holiday. A little Rushed. Waiter was great. A problem or too and he took care of it right away. Give it a Try.

We have eaten here and kind of inconsistent ,we ate here for Valentine's day very good food service was slow hard to get bread and refills on wine.When paying bill using gift card they would not accept unusual seeing how it was visa what if that's all we had,we just used credit card a little annoyed with that but overall good meal.

New affordable menu choice. Great for any night dining. Chief and manger came to table. Chief explained menu. Good service.

Been to La Bonne Vie several times. With changes in management of casino which this restaurant is in, something was lacking this time. They recently remodeled and while it an improvement, it still isn't intimate. Service was hit and miss. For example, bread and butter wasn't served until meal was just to arrive even though we both ordered salads.

Spouse took me to dinner for my birthday. I had 18-oz bone in ribeye (took some home!), which was prime beef at its best. Spouse enjoyed veal saltimbocca from new Italian section of menu inspired by Carano family of Ferrari-Carano wines. Enjoyed a bottle of their Siena blend with our meal.
