My wife and I ate here Saturday night. The entrance is located adjacent to the smoking area of the casino floor so be advised it is uncomfortable if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Once inside the smoke cleared and the ambiance is good. Service was on the slow side. I ordered the lobster bisque for a starter and that was the highlight of the meal. Had poor service. Waited for at least 40 minutes to receive our dinner and when it arrived it was not hot. Very disappointed!

Terribly disappointed in our dinner on the evening of August 30, 2018. We had eaten at the restaurant a month before and have a fantastic meal. We were looking forward to celebrating our anniversary and enjoying a wonderful meal again. However. The food was not good at all. My husband salmon was not cooked through, my chicken was dry , And the pasta sauce tasted like it came from a can. Needless to say we will not be returning . You have either changed chefs, or your chef had an off night

Order steak with lobster (surf and turf) if you do not say surf and turf they do not do it. Said we want two. Husband ordered and I said I want the same as him except loaded mashed potatoes. When dinner came out we got 1 steak and 1 lobster tail. The lady came back and said I got something wrong. I said yes we were supposed to get two. So we were charged for 3 meals... one being a surf and turf.

A $33 dollar steak should be cooked properly. Over done, tough, lacking of flavor. Service was slow, 45+ minute wait for food. Server was null and void.

My wife and I had a 7pm reservation we got there at 6:50 and was seated. We sat there until 7:20 with no one even coming over to take our drink order. Meanwhile 4 other staff members walked pasted us at least 3 times. For the price this place charges you would think the service would be outstanding, it’s NOT. I did talk to the manager before I left and told him what happen.

We were in town for a race. Made a reservation on-line. Went there with our 16 year old son. It was never mentioned that it was at a casino. Casino staff was very unorganized and had a difficult time escorting us 50 feet to the restaurant.

I tried LBV last year and had a bad experience, but my Wife and I decided to give it another try. We went for a Saturday date night and left disappointed. The service was ok, and the French Onion soup was good, but it was all downhill from there. I ordered the 16 oz rib eye. The steak was visually unappealing- it had no sear/color and was a very thin steak- approximately 1/4 thick. Matters got worse when I cut into a completely raw steak. We were seated by 2 large parties it was way to noisy and we were only a party of 2 with reservations that made our experience not enjoyable talked to the manager he didn't seem to care
