Amazon's Record Keeping is prone to errors No criticism of the toner cartridge, they probably work great if installed in the CORRECT PRINTER. I own the only Brother printer that I've ever owned and amazon told me that i'd purchased these cartridges before. Just what it' supposed to be Good value
Two Stars Ink quality very bad. Printed 5 pages and ink stopped working.
NO! GO WITH A TONER CARTRIDGE TYPE PRINTER - BROTHER INK USAGE IS RIPPING YOU OFF!! Either the LAST TWO ink purchases were BOTH faulty, or the NEW Brother printer I bought is PURPOSELY USING COLOR ink, when I ALWAYS choose BLACK AND WHITE COPY FUNCTION on the printer! My color ink is HALF GONE - and I have NEVER MADE ONE COLOR COPY. 1 Out of 3 Defective The cyan cartridge was defective and wasn't detected by the printer. I tried everything Brother said to troubleshoot. The yellow and magenta were fine. Since my printer absolutely wouldn't print without the cyan cartridge I had to go to OfficeMax and buy a single LC103c to be able to print. I will buy ink locally only now, so I can return or exchange right away without double the already high cost plus being unable to print meanwhile.
While the generic ink works fine, this supposedly brother ink will not work While the generic ink works fine, this supposedly brother ink will not work. It has grey levers instead of orange and the machine will not accept it. It may be because I stored it and then used after a few years. But, it should still not force me to buy new ones after only sitting in a drawer!
Two Stars Does not print 600 pages. I got around 50 pages max.
One Star Product is defective and dried out.
