One Star The ink cartridges were not wrapped and did not work
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BROTHER I am very disappointed in Brother machine MFC -J4510DW. I just bought this ink and its already out of cyan and yellow. I haven't even printed anything except do their self test stuff for color and print quality. Whoosh just like that gone. I paid $30.00 for this privilige. I will not buy brother ink anymore I am going to start looking for alternatives and toss the machine if I have to. Be careful if you purchase I purchased these cartridges as a replacement item for my printer ink cartridges thinking they would be sufficient for my printer. The Ink lasted 2 weeks after install and then now my brand new printer says the cartridges are out of ink. I will never purchase from this seller again. I might as well purchase from the big box stores if this is the garbage I will be receiving. Not a happy customer. Wasted my money.

I thought it was just a quirk and that the ink cartridges were full. "Lo and behold", when I needed ink again, Staples beat out Amazon's price so that's where I bought them from. Is it truly genuine Brother? I installed these about 6 weeks ago and I have printed ONE color item since then. Yet, my printer is saying I am low on ink and that I should only use Brother products. This makes me question whether what I bought was genuine. I bought it directly from Amazon.
One Star These did not fit the printer that it was supposed to
Brother printers are garbage wastes of money My issue isn't so much with the ink but with brother. The printer I have uses the ink once a day to clean the print head, so you waste a ton of ink. I normally run out before I can print more than 10 pages. And if you try to be smart and unplug the printer to save ink, the print head gunks up and it won't work. So I wouldn't recommend a brother printer, but if you have one this ink works fine.
Buy at your own risk! Ink cartridges wouldn't dispense ink. dried up? I don't know, but I won't be buying ink from Amazon ever again.
