BIG shout out to *****, our first contact sales **** and ***** (our installer)!!! Yall made this experience seamless. Yes!, from start to finish we were treated like family and all of our questions were answered. We now have a stairlift system that we know contributes to our safety and well-being. My name is ********* *********. I recently purchased a stairlift from Leaf. **** ********* was my sales person. He was very helpful and guided me through the process. He was very understanding of our needs and helpful. ******* Servic was our installer. He was very efficient and knowledge of the system and helped my wife and myself understand the usage of the lift. He was here for about 2 hours and was done. My overall experience with this company has been great. I will defiantly recommend going with them

I did have a problem, but it was resolved by the regional manager and his team. I am more than satisfied with the response, the resolution just took more time than I expected. My family, especially my brother in law, ******, worries that my MS and independence are not congruent, however, even he is satisfied that everything is on track. Thank you for responding. ** ***

I called the service number and was told I would have to call an Ohio number ; I live in another state. After leaving messages over 2 days, I finally got a call back with a service appointment. I had thought this was a local company. The service m... read more
