On Sept. 18, 2014 came home open my garage door and my ceiling was falling down and one of the pipe had developed a pin hole which was shooting water to my ceiling. Had to ran in the house and cut off my well pump. Called them to fix. Guy kept walking around and told me to turn on my pump. When I did my pump didnt have any water. So he lifted because it was getting late. On 09/19/2024 They send the original guy who installed. Our stair chair was installed July 14, 2022 & has worked well until hurricane ****** hit ********** on Sept. 27. No power for 7 days. Chair beeped periodically for 2 days then stopped. Power back on Oct. 7 & chair doesnt work. I called Monday & again today. I was assured a technician would call me by the end of the day. No one has called. I have arthritic *************** has had total knee replacements. Chair may need a battery or a button pushed. Im a retired ********** husband is retired veteran. There customer service department doesn't take care of the problems with the system. It has been over a month and my system is still not working. They don't return your call and do not take care of the problem. I'm sick and tired of calling them.

I had a tub installed and after 30 days we started having problems. It's been 2 1/2 years and cannot get anyone to service our tub. Cannot even get a phone call back from service department. This place is Horrible.

My husband and I are both over 80. We really need a stair lift. We paid over $8,000. It was "installed" three weeks ago. For two weeks it sounded like a smoke alarm 24/7. Then it stopped working altogether. I have tried to talk to them many times. Three numbers they gave me do not work. When I reach somebody, we get disconnected or "someone will get back to "you". They never do. When I called for their address, I was told "Ohio", and then they hung up.My husband and I are both not well. We do not deserve this. What must we d... read more

My wife fell and broke her hip so we needed to get a walk in shower quickly. I called Leaf Home Bath. The price seemed very high, but we needed it quickly so I gave them the go ahead. There were several issues with the installation, including a hose they installed broke and soaked all the drywall, they brought the wrong shower and had to return to get the right one and they installed the shelf poorly (the screws stuck out a 1/4 of an inch and it was not flush. What the sales guy showed us and what we got is 2 totally different things. They don't answer calls, don't show up when they said they would. It's been 7 months! Bath room is still not finished all they keep saying is they will fix it. They have tried three times and it still looks terrible. Rediclious about of money for very cheap products.

I believe this company is a total SCAM. I have had 2 appointments scheduled with them. One for last Friday August 2 at 2PM. Someone called me at 2:20 and said the man was tied up on his previous call and totally cancelled mine. I called the number provided and rescheduled for Tuesday 8-6-24 at again 2PM. This time they called at 11AM saying he would be tied up with his previous Appt. and could not make my 2PM time. Wait a minute, he knew in the morning he would be tied up the rest of the day?
