I contracted Leaf Home Safety Solution to senior proof my two bathrooms and put a chair lift in. Although there were several hip-cups a long the way but this company worked very quickly to fix the problems that were encountered. I am very grateful that this company put ******* in charge of overseeing this process because he did an amazing job of keeping me up to date with everything and he got the contractors to come and fix my problems promptly. I had to take out a ******* credit card loan for the lift chair. on nov 8th 2025 and they finish on 12/8/2025. so this lift chair has only been here for maybe three months and it is making a loud noise when you go up or down the stairs. and I am afraid to use it. have been trying to get someone out here to fixs it. so for the past 3 days we have called and they keep telling us someone will call you. well we are still waiting. Predatory high pressured sales tactics. Lied about competitor's products; would not leave our house until I threw him out. Original price quoted of over $12,000 was eventually cut to $6000. This is still almost twice the price of ***** and not near the product. I hate to think of all the seniors they have taken advantage of. I would give them a minus 1000 star rating if permitted.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents who wanted a chairlift installed in their home for my elderly grandmother.Not only will they not be purchasing from this company, but Im stunned by the story my parents told me about the salesman that was in their home. From the start he was upselling and being rude with a constant stream of degrading and derogatory commentary towards my parents for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I tried to reach ANY officer in the company and the telephone "operator" told me she could not transfer calls. I had trouble speaking with the "sales" department guy. He was polite but not the least bit worried about losing a customer or letting me speak to someone else.I have been in business for over 50 years and this is the WORST company I have ever considered doing business with. Guess what? I don't think they care.

My mom came home from a rehab center. We met with a person from Leaf stair lift. We asked the representative if we would be able to sell the stairlift back. We met him in the fall The unit was $10000 dollars. My mom only used it maybe ***** times before going into hospice. The representative lied to us. He said yes would be able to sell it back at a prorated amount. Our mom passed in January. When my sister contacted them to see if we could sell it back.
