I was not satisfied with the followup after the sale. I was happy with them, up until the point of the installation. Something is wrong, and it is hard to get them to fix it.
The product was excellent. The service was the worst I've ever seen.
Last month I told a friend that I had LeafGuard, I told her the problems I had with them. She needed help so she called them. A person came out, told her that it would cost $4,000 plus. Because she had a friend with her who was a business man, he got the price down to $2,000 plus and was told that the price was only for that day. Their representatives, salesperson, and service people need to get on the same page. They sell you one thing and it turns into something different.
LeafGuard of DC was not professional. The product is good, but the people that they have working for them are not professional. When you have a problem, they send you all the way across the country and back again and you still can't get anybody. It's hard to say "we are going to have this nice warranty," but how are you supposed to contact anybody when you call the number, and they send you every which way but loose.
