They did not show up one time and the quality of work was terrible. They charged me for work that they didn't complete, it had to be done over three times.

I feel I was well overcharged and took advantaged of because of my age. I think it was doubled what it should have cost, and I did not get my gift card they were supposed to send me.

I was not satisfied with the followup after the sale. I was happy with them, up until the point of the installation. Something is wrong, and it is hard to get them to fix it.

Last month I told a friend that I had LeafGuard, I told her the problems I had with them. She needed help so she called them. A person came out, told her that it would cost $4,000 plus. Because she had a friend with her who was a business man, he got the price down to $2,000 plus and was told that the price was only for that day. As a result of that conversation the Business man called cop. Headquarters. They told the situation to them and the name of the employee.
