I am waiting on some follow up work. I noticed some numbers written on the gutters. I thought it was odd. It is black on my white gutters. I can see it on the second flood spout coming down on the front by the porch. I am also waiting for my sprinkler people to come. The guys had to move some wiring to the sprinklers and I am going to see if anything went wrong. If something is wrong and needs to be changed I will have to pay that. After several attempts to reach LeafGuard to complete the work, they are still not finished and I have paid them.
I think the employees that told us the information about LeafGuard, I think all of them, were professional. I think the price should go down a lot.
When I called about the problem of water washing into my garage from the downspout I was scheduled for the following Tuesday to get the downspout fixed. The manager forgot to schedule me and informed me it would be the following Thursday and if the regular guys couldn't do it he would. He showed up and I was very unsatisfied with the way he fixed the downspout. I was not put in and installed the way I had ask it to be installed.
If you want a lot of frustration for a lot of money, get Leafguard gutters.
I paid for a job that I feel was overrated, I also know now that it was an over-charge of service, I am at theend of waiting for a correction on this transaction before I will be forced to take Profession Advice on solvingmy problem. My Inspector has given me a time limit that this should be resolved, also the long section of gutterthat was removed from the property that was supposed to be used on the back was never returned.
The work was completed quickly but the workers left without letting me know they were finished and without pointing out the damage they did to my railing along my sidewalk. Numerous calls resulted in no response for months after the installation.
