Their representatives, salesperson, and service people need to get on the same page. They sell you one thing and it turns into something different.
LeafGuard of DC was not professional. The product is good, but the people that they have working for them are not professional. When you have a problem, they send you all the way across the country and back again and you still can't get anybody. It's hard to say "we are going to have this nice warranty," but how are you supposed to contact anybody when you call the number, and they send you every which way but loose.
After several attempts to reach LeafGuard to complete the work, they are still not finished and I have paid them.
I think the employees that told us the information about LeafGuard, I think all of them, were professional. I think the price should go down a lot.
