The gutters are fine. I wasn't satisfied with the work crew. The day of the install, they didn't arrive until noon, they had another small job to do before hand. I understand that, but because of the late start, they were working in the dark for more than the last hour. They said "not to worry",...
I never got the promotional $200 gift card so you should ask about that. I asked for mine and didn't get it.

They appeared to have put a USED extension on my downspout on the southeast side of my building. Also it is too short and doesn't extend far enough out to my sidewalk and now I have worse water issues than before in my basement. I paid $6,400.00 and am not happy.
The initial quote was close to $10k (wasn't going to happen). I declined and counter offered to pay $6500 (basically to leave me alone) for the same work and it was accepted. Given the extreme discrepancy, I'm not sure I trust the pricing structure.
They are overpriced!
Despite my initial skepticism, I agreed to have DrainGuards installed; however, the installation crew forgot to install them. I called LeafGuard and basically said, "They forgot the DrainGuards, but I was never too keen on them in the first place, so how about if you just refund my $402, and we call it a day?" But LeafGuard was quite adamant that they don't do refunds. So they sent someone out to install the DrainGuards.
