They're very unprofessional. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. The people that they had install the gutters were something else. One of them was very unprofessional, he was a smart alec, he even called me names.

The gutters are fine. I wasn't satisfied with the work crew. The day of the install, they didn't arrive until noon, they had another small job to do before hand. I understand that, but because of the late start, they were working in the dark for more than the last hour. They said "not to worry",...

They appeared to have put a USED extension on my downspout on the southeast side of my building. Also it is too short and doesn't extend far enough out to my sidewalk and now I have worse water issues than before in my basement. I paid $6,400.00 and am not happy.

The initial quote was close to $10k (wasn't going to happen). I declined and counter offered to pay $6500 (basically to leave me alone) for the same work and it was accepted. Given the extreme discrepancy, I'm not sure I trust the pricing structure.
