Despite my initial skepticism, I agreed to have DrainGuards installed; however, the installation crew forgot to install them. I called LeafGuard and basically said, "They forgot the DrainGuards, but I was never too keen on them in the first place, so how about if you just refund my $402, and we call it a day?" I believe their product is possibly a very good product, but I do not believe in the way my gutters were installed. Unless they are to be removed, I will never believe in them.
