After trying to RIP ME OFF for almost $10,000.00 and only finished the job when I stopped the check and you finding that you could not get the money until you finished the job, you finally did what I asked your representive to give me a quote for in the initial quote. Huge scam. Give an exceptionally high quote and every time you say no they go down in price by pretending to call their boss and pretending to be giving you their best deal.
One gutter is to short and damaged flashing. Have been calling and no one is addressing my problem
Since installing leaf guard on my house there is no control of the rain water. In a heavy rain the water just flows over the system. It dumps water over my backdoor and down the wall. So my basement gets water under the door because the drain is overwhelmed. There is water coming through a window and this never happened before the adjustment two weeks ago.
The problem I had was the salesperson came out, and it's an expensive project to do over $6000. She showed me the facia boards that need to be replaced after they gave me the quote; I said If I'm going to spend that much, I want them to replace all the facia boards! When installing the gutters, they didn't replace all the facias boards. I reminded them of the contract agreement, so they started to rip the panels apart and leaving air gaps. The original installation team did such poor workmanship. I cannot even describe how bad it was. When the supervisor came out, he even agreed that it was bad. They came out three more times before they finally got it right. They had to break down the original installation and restart the project. I am happy with the product now. I was not happy with the process.
