I wou;ld not recommend Leaf Guard Gutters to my friends. I had them installed a month ago and now with heavy rains, I found several issues with them.
Salesperson was fantastic. Workers wanted me to sign off on their work. There were two issues that I would not sign off on. Told them to call their boss. Worker told me his phone was not charged . Other worker called the boss. It was a Saturday afternoon and the boss promised me he would get back to me on Monday. I am still waiting.
I wouldn't recommend due to they don't give the consumer put at a piece of mind knowing these gutters are doing damages to my home and to my neighbor's home which I didn't know and refuse to refund me my money. I have proven my case to them shown my evidence and they refuse to see the fault falls on the installation and product. I have taken pictures, videos, emailed, gave them the tour your my neighbor's damages and my damages and still didn't take ownership. I would not wish this situation on my worse enemy. I would not recommend LeafGuard because they have horrible customer service, the information is misleading, and the materials do not work the way they said they would.
I was probably charged more than I am satisfied with, and I feel like that is due to the fact that I am a black man living in a black neighborhood. I believe I could've gotten a price less than 16 grand.
They are very unprofessional and don't communicate well. The job was poorly completed.
