We love coming to Rangoon Ruby, San Carlos. The Samosa Salad is excellent and so is the Basil Chilie Swai. The service is great.
Excellent as usual! All three of our dishes and the tea lead salad were superb! The service was excellent as well. The only thing not excellent is the limited beer selection.
Had a great dinner, especially the tea leaf salad. Looking forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed everything. We ran late waiting for a United flight to arrive at SFO. It was more than 30 minutes late. Restaurant called and when I told them our dilemma. They said they would keep the reservation open
The Tea Leaf Salad is always amazing, we will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
We enjoyed our food and sake at Rangoon Ruby's. Service was adequate - nothing terribly special, but not terrible either. My Ruby Shrimp were fantastic and my fiancee enjoyed his Lamb Kebat as well.
We enjoyed it very much! We asked our waiter Victor to refined many dishes and one was better than the other. Loved it
The tea leaf salad is a 10 and not to be missed. We also had the eggplant with shrimp that was excellent as was the vegetable pad Thai. The only disappointing dish was the jalapeño chicken. It had no sauce and we thought it a little dry. We usually go in Palo Alto which has more buzz, but for a quieter, more relaxing dinner with the same food, go to San Carlos.
