We enjoy coming to Rangoon Ruby. The food is excellent, the service is friendly. We enjoyed the Samosa Salad and the Basil Chli Swai. The lemongrass chicken was also good.
The food here is as good as any of our NYC favorites! Closer and easier access! Yay!
Perfect lunch with a dear friend. We shared lettuce wraps, mango salad and mango curry. De-lish! They didn't rush us and were just the right amount of attentive.
Great neighborhood restaurant. Food is always good. San Carlos restaurant is small so you tend to feel cramped.
The service and food were very good. Appetizers, entrees and a couple desserts averaged about $50+ a plate for five persons. Slightly expensive for what we got, but again it was a very nice meal.
This restaurant is our new favorite! Because we spend a significant amount of time in Manhattan, where even most food carts are amazing, it's hard to get us excited about local fare. But, the rice salad alone has us hooked.

Didn't know Burmese food was so tasty! The tea leaves salad and the tofu appetizer are a must have! Even the samosa soup was delicious. Totally worth the drive from Cupertino.
Food was great as always, however, I think they may have been understaffed as service was slow. They usually have top notch service, but had to ask twice for water refills and they didn't give us new plates after the Tea Leaf Salad, before our entrees came, which they usually do. Hopefully, this is a one time thing as it was somewhat disappointing.
