We love Rangoon Ruby. The food is unique and everything we have tried is delicious. Try the tea leaf salad, the Rangoon Lemongrass Pork, and the coconut rice.
All of the dishes were spot on. Our favorites were the calamari, tea leaf salad and the tasty rices.
Lots of competition on this street (Laurel, San Carlos)......used to be quite crowded but has thinned out lately....Burmese/Thai food is tasty and different....portion size adequate for two....friendly service. Love their pad thai and mango chicken.
Great service and food didn't disappoint. We ventured into some new menu items, which were absolutely delish. Will be returning soon

I know that samosas are deep fried since they are one of my favorite bites and I have them often, nevertheless, these were too oily for my liking and the stuffing was a bit bland. Some might prefer a faint taste of curry, but I prefer a bolder curry taste. It was quite loud when I was there at 5:30pm because of ... read more
We went to this restaurant to celebrate my sons birthday. My husband had seen a review for this restaurant on "Check Please". It received high marks for their food. We were so glad we tried this place. the food was terrific. We have never been to a Burmese restaurant before and we were not disappointed. We will definitely go back. We had the Sesame Beef, sooooo goood. the string beans very good and the Tofu Beef dish, spicy but was enjoyed. The service was very good. Our waiter very attentive.
