Excellent food with a wide variety of choices available at several levels of spiciness. Although the restaurant was not at all crowded, the service level was a bit amiss (refills of water required more than one request). And despite a specific reference to the occasion being a birthday, nothing special was offered, including anything from the staff.
Wonderful food and service. We love the Samosa salad and basil chilie Swai. We tried a pork dish this time and it was very good.
I went here with my son and daughter in law and my 2 small grandsons. wait staff was very friendly and good with the two little ones. we appreciate that very much.
We love coming to Rangoon Ruby, San Carlos. The Samosa Salad is excellent and so is the Basil Chilie Swai. The service is great.
Excellent as usual! All three of our dishes and the tea lead salad were superb! The service was excellent as well. The only thing not excellent is the limited beer selection.
Had a great dinner, especially the tea leaf salad. Looking forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed everything. We ran late waiting for a United flight to arrive at SFO. It was more than 30 minutes late. Restaurant called and when I told them our dilemma. They said they would keep the reservation open
The Tea Leaf Salad is always amazing, we will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
