Fabulous Car Dealership Wow. Lee Nissan is where it is at! We had been looking at suvs for quite sometime. We even went to a local dealer in Pensacola to purchase and they would not work with us. We called Lee Nissan and talked to them and arrived at closing time. The men who we dealt with were eager to help and offered many things to us. We have since been back for our first oil change and the place looks immaculate. Good People This was our first visit to Lee Nissan. Everyone was courteous and professional and tried to make our experience a pleasant one. We bought a new Pathfinder and we're sold on Lee Nissan.
If I live long enough I''ll undoubtedly come back. I've never said everything was perfect for anything. The word is not in my vocabulary. But everyone dealt with bent over backwards to try to make me say it was a perfect experience.

I have already done this. My oil change took 6.5 hours with an appointment. I’ve got 2 recalls in my vehicle that are safety issues and no one seems to care two figs about it because I am told “nationwide no one has the parts.” Nothing but issues from day one, in the shop9 times in 11 months, 4 catastrophic engine failures, 3 batteries, and due to the fact that no one cares, I will never, ever buy another Nissan again nor would I recommend this dealership.
Brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in for 2 recalls and a check engine light. They said I needed an O2 sensor. After the installation and almost $800 later check engine light came back on, on the same day as repair. Back again today, they want to replace another O2 sensor. Way overpriced. Paid $196 just for the original diagnostics ... paid $338 for one O2 sensor, then $250 to install. What's ridiculous is that they know all 4 of them should be replaced. My second service was excellent. I thought I had rotation of tires included & surprised to find out I did not. Toyotas included it. I was not happy with a list of suggested repairs provided to me in waiting room. Some of which I didn’t need like a rear window wiper - never used. I questioned the other issues but trusted dealer. Alignment was too high in comparison with local providers. But the work gets 5 stars. I DETEST sales upcharging and will affect my future purchasing decisions. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation on 2/26. I suspected I needed a new battery and it was confirmed during my appointment. I authorized the dealer to put in a new battery. The service rep working with me was so very friendly and just a super nice guy. The service seemed very prompt. Now the problem. I live about 30 miles from Lee Nissan and about a 40 minute drive through Destin. I go there because there is not an Infiniti dealer in the area to service my QX80. The gentleman who checked me in was just short of being rude. He said nothing to me and grunted that it would take an hour and twenty minutes. I have been coming there for service for over a year and never been dismissed in this way. The gentleman who checked me out was far more professional and appreciated.
