I dropped my Pathfinder off at 9:00 AM for a recall issue & other issues, but didn't hear anything (except for a text message) that there were other things suggested needing to be done. After my husband and I discussed it, we decided on 1 of the many items listed. I okayed it at 11:00 AM. When I hadn't heard anything by 1:30 PM, I sent a text, then called, only to be told the Service Agent was at lunch, and no one else knew when my vehicle would be ready. Usually a good experience but not this time. My appointment was at 1:30 they didn’t take my car into the bay until 3:00. Then waited another hour and 15 min. For them to do the work. Was there for 3 hours. Not a good day. And the price was ridiculous!

I absolutely LOVE the car and the two sales reps I dealt with (Damien and Marty) were fine. But I was very disappointed in the process. Nissan Titan lasted 120k miles, then the transmission failed. They tell you it’s backed with a 1million mile warranty when they sell it you. I even purchased the 6k dollar extended warranty at purchase. Then when it breaks down they refuse to fix it and offer you a 4k dollar repair bill. When did it start being okay to lie and cheat customers who have spent 40- 50k dollars with you. I am disgusted with Lee Nissan and regret buying a truck from them. It was definitely the last one. Don’t make the same mistake.
I will NEVER recommend this dealership again. I bought my first 2021 Rogue in March of 2021. That vehicle had a major issue with the AC. In the heat of the summer, the AC would smell like gas and chemicals. Lee Nissan did make it right, and traded me into a new 2021 Rogue in August of 2021 (after I was called “rain woman” by one of their employees while wearing an autism shirt.)
