In a matter of 20 minutes, I was quoted three different prices. Pure gamesmanship and lying. Like typical silly car dealership garbage. Please feel free to take a look at the attached photos. It pretty much explains everything. They are either dishonest or incompetent. So much so, the sales person felt required to block me from viewing it through the Facebook marketplace. Why would somebody do that? I guess you can make your own conclusions based on his last statement. Just really sad

This dealership robs its customers on service. Scammed and crooks. Both dealerships are crooks, stay away

I brought my 2018 nissan pathfinder in for a recall. They broke a bolt off the strut mount and told me it was rusted, it wasn't. They ended up having to repair my strut mount but did a terrible job and now my car, which had zero issues, sounds like crap. Their mechanic rode with me and confirmed it, made me an appt for the next day. Then management called me later the same day and canceled my appt. A simple Google search says the strut mount is lose and they won't fix my car properly.

Car was very dirty even after having it “detailed” twice. I would suggest replacing everyone in that department.
Heath was great, Jose the finance guy was good until we went back to take off some things that we decided we didn’t need… like financing oil changes, etc… totally different demeanor. I felt like he was pissed because we changed our mind, I understand it takes money of of his pocket, but because of him I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I have been leasing Nissan Maximum since 2002. Every three years, I lease a new Nissan Maximum. The last Nissan Maximum I leased was in December 2020 from Lee Nissan in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I say this inequitable, without fear of successful contradiction, this dealership is the WORSE I've dealt with since 2002. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from Tyler here in April and I didn’t receive the ownership paperwork necessary to register the car until July. I paid late fees to register my car because no one at Lee Nissan FWB knows what they’re doing. They’ll thank you for giving them job security while you’re in the showroom but then mess up literally every step of the buying process. Go literally anywhere else.
