Very BAD experience with this Dealership I bought this used Cadillac SRX , they worked on it because it did not have low beams when it was purchased, I carried back this Morning to have them to redo their screw up but they wanted to charge me, the Vehicle is still not drivable, it quit twice on me returning home, I would not recommend this Dealership and Service to anyone, please beware of this Dealership, IT SUCKS and they will lie to you when the truth is much better

Update I sold my car to them and they said they would give me the refund from my previous loan within 7 days here it is been 9 days they have done nothing as far as paying off the loan and giving me the money that they are promised initially I give him a spy star cuz they met my obligation but trying to get the money from them and having my car paid off as been a really heart ache. Don't sell your car to them.

Horrible customer service once you sign the paperwork Horrible customer service one you sign the contract Lee will not answer your questions, they are not helpful. I have even been spoken down to.. Over the last 15 years i have purchased at total of 7 vehicles from Lee this being the 7th back with in was Lee Pontiac. I heard the company was taken over BY Nissan but still had the same customer service they always had... Not the case! I WILL Never ever buy a vehicle from Lee again!

2ND PURCHASE IN 9 MONTHS-BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! First I want to say that my wife & I made our second purchase on Tuesday March 27th. Ed Jefferies(Salesman) again was great as we new that he would be. We received a "Fantastic" internet deal. Ed worked very hard to make sure we received all the discounts that were being offered. The car we purchased was a 2017 Nissan Altima. Poor sales service I went there on October 3, 2017 to buy a new car and was on the lot looking for at least 15 minutes. Nobody came out to help me ao I went to the Hyundai bealer and purchased a new car. You missed a sale.

Very Disappointed!!!! Im a single mother and I traded my only car with Lee Nisan almost a year ago! Whithin a month my engine went out! Mechanics found the engine improperly mounted and parts missing!!! I took out a loan for $8,000 to pay for the new eninge..it is still not repaired!! I keep getting my car back and the engine acts up..Im missing work everytime my engine goes to the shop! I am the only income my kids have! Test drive appointment fiasco I scheduled a test drive 3 days ago for a particular vehicle and was given an email confirmation. They asked that I let them know if I couldn't make it or was running late and they would likewise let me know of any problems. I drove 2 hours today to make my appointment only to be told the vehicle was sold yesterday. "A miscommunication", the salesman told me. I will never trade with this dealership. Their excuse was disingenuous if not dishonest.

Really finished strong We finally signed contract and buyer's order for bank and made down payment at dealership. The next day we received a phone call from underwriter informing us that the dealer had submitted an invoice that was $30.30 more than the contracted price. (It was for a tag stamp) But, since we were transferring an active tag we did not need one until November. I informed the salesman who informed finance that there was a $30.30 over payment. Oil change Went in for oil change, they have a window to see whats going on out on the floor from the waiting area. I was waiting for 1.5 hours, i could see my car and three of their mechanics standing around a tool box doing nothing for 30-40 minutes. At one point i watched one of their mechanics actually sitting on the hood of my vehicle. His name was luis.
