uldn’t go to this dealership if someone paid me!! Not only do their vehicles suck and are complete lemons and will constantly break down, the service is beyond awful. I’m dealing with corporate now. We purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan platinum in Feb or March of 2018! We took it in for every scheduled maintenance and every time we got it back something was wrong with it. 4th of July last year not even 24 hours after having regular maintenance on it, it completely stopped and wouldn’t start in a fire lane! Stay away!!! THATS ALL THESE CROOKS WANT TO DO IS RUN UR CREDIT THEY GARENTEED U THE WORLD THEN NOTHING!! i told these people detailed info(marty) & wrote the owner whom failed to address my complaints. I want the inquiries off my credit report for the lies & deceitfulness.

have been trying to talk to someone now going on 4 months of several calls, chat option via the website, and contact us form via the website in regards to the maintenance plan I cancelled in Feb of this year. Each time I have called I am told Melanie(I believe to be her name) is going to look into and call me back. I have yet to receive a call back.

Truck in a RUSH with a little gas... LOST TITLE. Sent to wrong address. Called several times and finally got it. Mike was helpful until we showed up to pick up the truck. Rushed out of the dealership and felt like we were in the way. Once the paperwork was signed we were rushed out the door. We asked for a full tank of gas and got 1/4 of a tank of gas! BEWARE!!! Worse buying experience EVER!!!! These people can’t process a wire transfer, can’t return calls, forgot to ship the car keys, and only care about covering their butt when it comes to vehicle titles, I had to jump through hoops with these guys Ed,Steven, Kim, and Courtney! If I wasn’t buying a Porsche they had I wouldn’t think twice of going somewhere else!!! RUDE!!!

Additional Warenty We made contact with Steven Bishop to obtaint signed copies of our additional warranty agreement. He told us he’d send them via email. It’s been 2 weeks since our conversation and we have not received the email. We received a card from the warranty company, but it states the card expires 09/26/2022. We believed the warranty was good for 5 years. The card is only good for 3 years. Please help us to understand what’s going on?

I wrote a review and it looks like they deleted it Looks like the reviews are rigged, this is a test to see if this gets deleted. I had the worst repair experience you could possibly imagine. I am not going to rewrite the whole episode over right now. Just beware of the service dept. and have their work inspected

Kind indivuals but lack of compassion after sale I understand that there are times when you can’t help but wait on certain systems to run their course and you can’t help but wait but there are other times when it simply is disrespectful to make people wait for no reason. My wife went in to sign paperwork and when she told a random salesman why she was there, he told her he would find the individual she was looking for. Nissan is STEALING from CUSTOMERS Jason and Doug Pederson plotted together and stole money from us. Doug Pederson shredded our original application and padded extra money which made the contract higher. We trusted him so we didn't check to see if it's been changed. As We were leaving Jason said give us a tip and started laughing. We found out after we got home and I called Jason and came down the next day.
