Verified Renter Overall for apartment living very quiet place to live. If you have any issues they respond very quickly. Very walkable area to shops and restaurants which is a big plus. Took away one star because despite numerous emails about regulations on being a smoke free community, nothing seems to get done very quickly and so residents should expect to deal with indoor weed or cigarette smells despite best intentions. Verified Renter We moved to Legacy North Apartments yesterday, and while the apartment itself is good, we encountered an issue on our first day of moving in. To our surprise, we saw 30-40 cockroaches coming out of the kitchen. It's concerning that pest control wasn’t done before handing over the apartment. Although there are no other complaints so far, health and safety must be the top priority.
