I was so excited for this dinner, I’d made the recommendation to my girlfriends for our weekend getaway knowing that it was going to be expensive but an experience that was worth it! Terrible I booked for the main restaurant but we got seated in the bar area it was loud the atmosphere was like eating in a cafeteria. Would never go back or recommend. I feel like the restaurant need lessons on how to run an upscale restaurant
Very nice atmosphere and exceptional service. One entree and accompanying side were no better than good and at the price charged should have been very good to excellent. Would not order it again as a result.

The blue cheese cream has red pepper in it, which is not listed on the menu and I have a nightshade allergy. The strip steak had a great flavor. We were disappointed in the ribeye. The crème brûlée corn was runny and not as good as in the past. The asparagus was very tough. My son wanted pizza from the kids menu and they were out, so he got noodles and cheese which was not good. The wedge salad was okay, the blue cheese here is not very blue cheese-y in our opinion. Service is slow, and there wasn’t that many people dining. There were two tables that had a couple of people each at them, and I noticed their service was very attentive same server at our table which had a group of six and our service seemed very sporadic. However,, I found out later that because we were a table of six they put the tip on automatically. Maybe this is why our service wasn’t very good because they knew there was a built-in TIP already? For anyone familiar with Level 2, a heads-up that they have changed the menu and removed the Level 2 salad (which was a reason to go there in and of itself) and the pick any 3 sides for one price, that were great to share with the table. For us, this removes items we ordered every time and is a big enough change that we will not go back. If you have never been and do not know what you are missing out on now, the food is good, and the atmosphere is good for a special occasion. Took awhile to get our water and bread. Food took awhile also. I understand busy times. While our steaks were cooked how we wanted they also came out tough, charred, and weren’t hot. The mashed potatoes were great.
