Good was really good. Restaurant temp was too hot… 78 degrees or so. They don’t have enough help. Staff is covering lobby bar as well. Dinner took 3 hrs. Fix the service and its 5 stars.

Food was excellent but steaks are a bit overpriced. The dining room was very warm. A/C was on but it didn’t seem to be working very well or wasn’t set at a comfortable temp.

We waited for over an hour for our food. When we got our entrees the orders were wrong and the waitress acted very strange. She also forgot our child’s meal. Brought it out ten minutes later. It was wrong too. She never apologized. We got our drinks after our food. No one at the restaurant offered anything for our lack of service.

The NY strip was salty and tough. The onion rings' coating was hard and tough. The shrimp cocktail was too salty while the French onion soup needed some salt. They did offer to replace the steak with another but at that point we didn't want to spend more time.

We have been to Level 2 before and have always enjoyed our experience. We know that they strive to be a fine dining establishment, so the prices were not a concern for us. However, service was definitely lacking. They appeared to be busy and maybe only had 2–3 servers. We waited over 30 minutes each time we ordered a drink from the bar. My husband’s ribeye had very little flavor. My son also ordered the ribeye and it was better. We did not complain or send the steak back because how do you fix something that just tastes bad?... read more

$85.00/person for mothers day brunch was a little ridiculous. They had an amazing spread, but no one that I know or could hope to know could possibly eat $85.00 worth of food. Therefore you are actually paying for the spread and all the choices that you can't possibly take advantage of.

Our waitress was very nice and friendly, Very disappointed in the food. Steaks did not taste good. Sides and salad were just ok. I can't believe we paid almost $200 for the meal. We were celebrating our anniversary. It was not a good experience.

Steak was served rare. Ordered medium to medium rare. Server left without asking me to cut into it. Couldn’t find him. Waited 5 minutes before someone else came over. They took it back to cook longer while my wife’s food was getting cold. When brought it back the strip was very tough. Left most of it behind. Have been here many times. This was our worst experience. Hard for me to go back when u drop $200 on a meal for two and not knowing if this is the new reality with them.

My husband asked for an onion and olive with his martini. He received a SLICE of onion on a toothpick with his olive. A high-class restaurant you would think they would know a COCKTAIL onion from a Bermuda onion.
