Our sales consultant, Melissa B was outstanding! She listened to our specific needs and was extremely educated about the different brands and options. She was very attentive, but quickly recognized when we needed a minute to talk privately. The piece we purchased will be a perfect fit and we feel confident in the quality. Great selection too!
It has been a long time since I have ordered from anywhere other than Levin. I recently stopped in and found an oversized swivel chair that I can't wait to get. Scott, the salesman, has been my main sales contact and has been wonderful. I never have to worry about the accuracy of the order, the timeliness of the delivery or the quality of the product. I highly recommend the location in Avon!
This is in the right area, Yes because it's in a well off neighborhood. The prices are outrageous but it fits in the neighborhood it is in. I bought a purple pillow there which was approximately two hundred dollars. They are over employed with sales.People that I'm assuming are working on a commission.And I will also tell you.There are more sales people in there than customers. We were shopping for a queen sized sleeper sofa. David greeted us at the door and took us upstairs to see the selections. He was so informative and very easy to talk to. David took apart the sofas that did not have the beds pulled out. We made our selection and they even had it in the color we wanted. We need the sofa in a matter of weeks and it will be delivered in one week! SO HAPPY! We even bought a matching recliner! David took his time, and took great care of us!
I wasn't sure I would find exactly what I wanted when I walked it but it was practically right when we walked in. Heidi was so helpful in coming up with different variations and getting us exactly what we wanted. I will definitely start at Levin and ask for Heidi the next time we need fueniture!
