I had a great experience working with Reagan at Levin’s Furniture. Reagan was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire purchase process, Reagan remained professional, patient, and helpful, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and fair. I spoke with 3 different people and they all presented a comfortable experience. I did shop around at mattress stores and chose Levin's because they were clearly the most prepared to meet my needs. I spoke initially to Will but as he was off today Bruce helped me.

My sales person was terrific. He went out of his way to explain everything, not only about the chairs, but also with the finances. you are lucky to have such a good employee.
